We aim to process goods (in stock) to you within 48 hrs. We can try to give you an exact delivery date if you call us.   This is subject to you placing the order before 4:00PM Eastern Time (GMT-5:00) Monday to Friday.   We are closed on Sundays and US Holidays.   If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.   All weights and measurements are US Standards unless otherwise specified. Listed weights are for dimensional shipping calculations purposes only.

Returns:     We accept returns.   100% satifaction!
- However, shipping is never refunded.
You must contact us 1st to authorize a return, there is no restocking fee within 10 days of receiving.  After that, we can only assume that you are 100% satisfied.  After 10 days, a 20% restocking fee would be applied.
- You are responsible for return shipping expense, however, we can also email you a return label to print and deduct that cost.
- After inspection of goods returned, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Payments:
We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Traveler's Cheques, Bank Check, eCheck, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express).   We email invoices to our Clients for payment who request them.   We accept Personal Checks, but they must clear 1st before goods are shipped.

What happens if we receive an item back because it is undeliverable?
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you.   When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately, we have to recharge you the shipping fees, since we are charged for re-shipping the parcels.

* Refused Deliveries are subject to a surcharge on top of the return shipping fees.
