Delivery & Shipping:

We aim to process goods (in stock) to you within 48 hrs. We can try to give you an exact delivery date if you call us.   This is subject to you placing the order before 4:00PM Eastern Time (GMT-5:00) Monday to Friday.   We are closed on Sundays and US Holidays.   If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.   All weights and measurements are US Standards unless otherwise specified. Listed weights are for dimensional shipping calculations purposes only.

Returns:     We accept returns.   100% satifaction!
You must contact us 1st to authorize a return, there is no restocking fee, however shipping is never refunded.   You are responsible for return shipping expense.   (We only sell new items and no one wants to buy a returned item).   Please notify us within 7 days of accepting the shipment.   After that, we can only assume that you are 100% satisfied. After 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

Returning a damaged / defective item: How do I return it?
Please contact us regarding the product for service and warranty, and maybe how to fix.

We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Traveler's Cheques, Bank Check, eCheck, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express).   We email invoices to our Clients for payment who request them.   We accept Personal Checks, but they must clear 1st before goods are shipped.

What happens if we receive an item back because it is undeliverable?
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you.   When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately, we have to recharge you the shipping fees, since we are charged for re-shipping the parcels.

* Refused Deliveries are subject to a surcharge on top of the return shipping fees.
